In today’s life, human life has become more timeless and materialistic. They want to run before clock runs, infact  they are going before clock. People are  in feeling that they are gaining everything in life, but forgetting that they are loosing  their precious health which is more important to survive in this world without any  illness.
People are forgetting to do the exercise and leading their materialistic life in such a way that they are not concerned about their own health. Regular exercise can help protect you from
Heart disease and stroke
High  blood pressure
Obesity
Back pain
Noninsulin-dependent diabetes
Improves better management of stress.

The main reason they say if any advices to exercise is that they don’t have time to workout with so many confusing statements about how one should exercise,  while experts suggest that 40-45 minutes of exercise a day is best. These days finding a big block of free time may not be possible.

Most of them does’t know Short spurts of activity work too i.e. Here’s what you need to know. Any Fitness Exercise whether it is short  period or long it work.. For many people who aren’t regularly exercising now, they might avoid exercising as it seems they need to be huffing and puffing in order to get any benefit. This is not true. Simply raising your heart rate and your breathing level a bit is an indication that you are working out to a reasonable level. You are stressing your body just a bit, causing it to become stronger and fitter. As a result, any activity which impacts the body in this way is beneficial. You might want to get off at an earlier bus stop to add a short walk to your day. Even cleaning around the house can be considered exercise if you are beginning to feel the burn.

Since these are shorter periods of time, you will be able to work out harder than you might for a longer period of time. This is going to help you burn more calories and keep your fitness levels high. This can be done within schedule more easily.

By adding ten minute bursts of activity throughout your day, adding up to as much activity as you like, you can always find a spare ten minutes in your day to walk around while talking in cellphone. In this way, you can keep your fitness levels up without interfering with your life or with the needs of your family.
Fitness isn’t necessarily something that comes naturally. You need to be committed to getting fit in order to ensure you stay healthy. With these shorter sessions of activity, you can make fitness a priority – and still manage the rest of your life.

By regular physical activity that is performed on most days of the week reduces the risk of developing or dying from some of the leading causes of illness and death. By exercising the following risks can be avoided.

Reduces the risk of premature dying from heart diseases.
Reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure.
Reduces overweight.
Helps in building and maintaing healthy bones, joints and muscles.
Promotes in psychological well-being by decreasing depression and anxiety.

What is the use of making money without having good health. All that you earned throughout your life just gets sinked by paying bills to your illness

 So for better life , to have a better health keep exercising atleast for short period in your day work.
